Since 2018 we've cooked breakfast and lunch for L-Imġarr, just behind the church. Now we're staying open for After Hours dinner, and the team is growing.
We're owner-run. That means you'll work next to the people who started it, and your ideas get heard.

Cleaner

Apply for this roleHelp keep Bohini looking its best. You’ll wash and look after our cloths and staff uniforms, clean the café and restaurant, and keep everything tidy through the day, so every guest walks into the Bohini they know and love.
We’re looking for someone reliable, organised and proud of a job done properly. No experience needed. We’ll show you how we like things done.
Kitchen Helper
Part-time
Wednesday to Saturday, 18:00 till approx. midnight
Start: As soon as possible
Apply for this roleJoin our kitchen team for our evening service. You’ll help the chefs with prep, keep the kitchen clean and organised, and wash up through the evening so service runs smoothly. You’ll start training in our kitchen straight away.
You’ll need to:
- Be available on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, from 18:00 till approx. midnight.
- Have your own transport. Bohini is in L-Imġarr, Malta, and evening shifts finish late.
- Hold a valid permit to work in Malta.
Waiter / Waitress
Part-time
Saturday and Sunday, 07:00–16:00
Start: As soon as possible
Apply for this roleLook after our weekend guests from the first coffee to the last lunch. You’ll welcome people in, take orders, serve breakfast and lunch, and help keep Bohini looking its best, at the busiest and happiest time of our week.
You’ll need to:
- Be available every Saturday and Sunday, 07:00 to 16:00.
- Have your own transport. Bohini is in L-Imġarr, Malta, and the shift starts at 07:00.
